This pretty and sparkly ring is made of hallmarked 9ct yellow gold. The ring is set with a central pear cut blue sapphire (either natural or synthetic) which is surrounded by fourteen genuine ‘single cut’ diamonds.
The ring is a UK size J ½ / between a US size 4.5 - 5
The ring front has a height of 9mm and the ring weighs 1.9g
The inside of the ring shank is stamped ‘9CT’ for 9ct gold, along with ‘375’ and also ‘DIA’ which confirms that the diamonds are genuine (they have also been tested). There is also a Birmingham stamp.
This ring is in very good original condition, showing just light signs of age / general wear. The sapphire is in lovely condition. Under magnification it can be seen that some of the diamonds have minute, fleabite sized surface nicks, but these are not visible to the naked eye and I am only mentioning them as I like to be thorough.
