Adorable, Elegant, Antique (1919) 9ct Gold Heart Ring by Charles Horner
This sweet and delicate antique ring is made of fully hallmarked 9ct gold and dates from 1919. The ring front is set with a plain heart and the band has a pretty repeated embossed flower design all the way around. The band is 9ct yellow gold and the heart itself is a little rosier in colour. This elegant and delicate ring is by the collectable maker Charles Horner.
The ring is approximately a UK size J / US size 4.5. Please note that, due to the style of the ring, it is not suitable for re-sizing.
The heart itself measures 7mm height and the ring weighs 0.5g (it’s light)
The underside of the heart it stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in Chester in 1919. There is also a ‘C.H’ stamp for Charles Horner
This antique ring is 106 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no damage and showing just light signs of age / general wear.
