This rare and collectable antique pendant dates from the Victorian or Edwardian era and is made of hallmarked 9ct gold. The gold has a rich, mellow tone and is between yellow gold and rose gold in colour. The anchor is set with a total of 18 seed pearls. In the Victorian and Edwardian era, the anchor was a popular motif and symbolised hope, stability and security.
