This antique stickpin dates from the Edwardian era and is made of a 15ct gold terminal, set on a 9ct gold pin. The terminal is in the form of a Staffordshire knot and is topped by a bright and sparkly genuine ‘old cut’ diamond. The Staffordshire knot was a popular Edwardian motif in jewellery design and symbolises regional pride, heritage and unity.
The stickpin measures 6cms length and the terminal measures 1cm height
The reverse of the terminal bears a partial ‘15CT’ stamp for 15ct gold. The stickpin has also been professionally tested and tests as a 15ct gold terminal set on a 9ct gold pin.
