£80.00
sold out

This antique spinner pendant or watch fob is made of fully hallmarked 9ct rose gold and dates from 1904. This spinner is in lovely condition for its age apart from having a hairline crack across the bloodstone, which explains the low price. One side of the spinner is set with a carnelian panel, the other with a bloodstone panel. There is a fixed chain design bracket and a top suspension ring.

The circular panels have a diameter of 2cms and the spinner weighs 7.5g

The base of the gold mount has lovely clear hallmarks: a ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in Birmingham in 1904. There is also a maker’s mark of ‘J.H’.

This antique spinner is 122 years old. The bloodstone panel has a hairline crack across it but is still very secure in its mount. Apart from this, the spinner / pendant is in lovely condition for its age with no dents or damage and showing just very light signs of age / general wear and use. The top suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
