This pretty and decorative antique pendant dates from the Edwardian era and is made of hallmarked 9ct gold. The pendant is set with two well matched garnets and a total of seven lustrous seed pearls, which all appear to be original. The gold has a rich, mellow, tone and is somewhere between rose gold and yellow gold in colour.
The pendant measures 4cms height (excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 1.8g
The reverse of the pendant is stamped ‘9CT’ for 9ct gold
This antique pendant is well over 100 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no damage and showing just light signs of age / general wear. The top suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
