The dress studs have a combined weight of 1.5g (excluding the case).

These antique dress studs are over 100 years old and are both in very good condition for their age, with no damage and showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The sapphires and mother of pearl are in lovely condition. The studs screw on and off the backs easily and securely. On close inspection it can be seen that the back of one of the stud backs is a slightly richer shade of gold than the other. The case is in good condition for its age; the inside (velvet and satin) is in very good condition. The top of the case is also very good, the underside has a couple of scuffs (see photos for detail).
