This beautiful antique pendant necklace dates from the Edwardian era and is made of hallmarked 9ct yellow gold (both the pendant and chain). The pendant is in the form of an openwork witch’s heart and is set with lustrous seed pearls and pretty purple gemstones which are a mixture of natural amethysts and paste stones. The pendant is set on a hallmarked 9ct yellow gold trace link chain.
The pendant measures 2.5cms height (excluding the top suspension ring) and the chain is 19” in length.
The necklace has a total weight of 3.2g
The reverse of the pendant is stamped ‘9C’ for 9ct gold, along with a maker’s mark. The chain’s clasp is stamped ‘9CT’.
