This antique chain is made of hallmarked 9ct rose gold and dates from the Edwardian era. The chain is a lovely rich, warm, rose gold and is fitted with a secure barrel clasp.
The necklace measures 18” in length and it weighs 2.8g
There is a ‘9CT’ tag attached to the chain, near the clasp (see photo)
This antique chain is over 100 years old and is in very good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. On very close inspection it can be seen that there is a tiny historic repair to one link, but this is not at all obvious. The clasp is in secure working order.
