This unusual and stylish antique bar brooch dates from the Edwardian era and is made of hallmarked 9ct rose gold. The brooch is centrally set with a flat cut moss agate.
The brooch bar measures 4.3cms length and the moss agate measures 7.5mm x 5mm
The underside of the brooch bar is stamped ‘9CT’ for 9ct gold. The pin itself is not gold
This antique brooch is over 100 years old and is in very good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. There is a loop on the reverse of the brooch bar so that a safety chain can be fitted, if desired.
