£85.00
sold out

This pretty antique ring dates from around 1900 - 1910 and is made of hallmarked 9ct rose gold. The ring front is set with five graduated, natural, cabochon cut opals.

The ring is a UK size O / US size 7 and it weighs 1.8g

The ring has a maximum height (in the centre) of 5.5mm

The inside of the ring shank is stamped ‘9ct’ for 9ct gold

This ring is over 100 years old. Four of the opals are very colourful but one is more milky with less colour (the difference between the opals is less pronounced in real life than in the photos). Two of the opals sit a little lower in the setting than the others. The opals have uniform light, superficial, general wear and have a semi-matt finish. The gold shows light / moderate general wear and some of the claws are worn (the opals are all currently secure in their settings). This ring is priced to reflect condition.
