This pretty openwork pendant dates from the Edwardian era and is made of hallmarked 9ct rose gold. The pendant is centred with four cabochon cut natural turquoise.
The pendant measures 2.5cms height (including the integral bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 1.9g
The reverse of the pendant is stamped ‘9CT’ for 9ct gold
This antique pendant is over 100 years old and is in very good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. The turquoise are all in very good condition with a glossy surface finish. On very close inspection it can be seen that the central gold ‘ball’ is a little bruised, but this doesn’t stand out (apart from this there are no dents to the gold). The top suspension ring is fully closed.
