This antique Edwardian pendant dates from around 1900 - 1910 and is made of hallmarked 9ct gold. The pendant is Art Nouveau in design and is a pretty, mellow shade of gold - between rose gold and yellow gold. The pendant is set with two vibrant rich emerald green paste stones.
The pendant measures 4.4cms height (excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 1.9g
The reverse of the pendant is stamped ‘9CT’ for 9ct gold
This antique pendant is over 100 years old and is in good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. There are no dents to the gold. Under magnification a couple of tiny, light scratches / nibbles are visible on the bottom green paste stone, but these are not obvious to the naked eye. The main body of the pendant sits within an outer ‘frame’; it’s not quite perfectly central within this frame.
