Antique Edwardian Era 9ct Gold Enamelled Heart Charm

£73.00
sold out

This lovely antique charm dates from around 1900 - 1910. The front of the charm has vibrant royal blue guilloche enamelling and the reverse is 9ct gold. The enamelling on the front is on silver.

The heart measures 1.2cms height (excluding the bale and suspension ring) and the charm weighs 1.5g

As is often the case with jewellery of this age and type there are no hallmarks; the charm has been professionally tested and has a 9ct gold back with a silver enamelled front.

This antique charm is over 100 years old and is in good condition for its age, showing light signs of age / general wear. There are a couple of slither chips to the enamelling at the very top of the heart which are mainly superficial and do not stand out. Otherwise the enamelling is in lovely condition with no damage or wear and with a glossy surface finish. There are no dents to the reverse of the charm. The top suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
