This collectable antique stickpin is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1863. The shield shaped terminal is set with a central ruby and two seed pearls and has attractive engraving detail.
The stickpin measures 5.1cms in length and the shield shaped terminal measures 1.2cms height.

The reverse of the terminal is stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold. There are also hallmarks showing that the stickpin was made in Birmingham in 1863, along with a maker’s mark.
