This pretty antique ring dates from around 1900 - 1910 and is made of hallmarked 9ct gold. The gold has a lovely rich tone and is between yellow gold and rose gold in colour. The ring front is set with three genuine seed pearls and two blue paste stones, which resemble sapphires.
The ring is a UK size J / between a US size 4.5 - 5
The ring front has a height of 6mm and the ring weighs 1.4g
The inside of the ring shank is stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with a maker’s mark.
This antique ring is well over 100 years old and is in good condition for its age, showing light signs of age / general wear. There are signs on the inside of the band of where the shank has been joined to the head of the ring (see photos for detail) but appears to be original and just the way it was made.
