Antique Victorian Silver and Banded Agate Spinner Pendant / Charm / Fob
This antique three sided spinner pendant / charm / fob dates from the Victorian era and is made of silver and banded agate. The agate shows lovely natural colour variation and each side is polished to a glossy surface finish. The agate spins freely within the mount.
The spinner has a maximum width (including the silver frame) of 2cms. Each face of the agate measures 1.5cms x 1.2cms
As is sometimes the case with jewellery of this age and type there are no hallmarks, but the silver frame and suspension ring have been professionally tested and are made of solid silver.
This antique pendant / charm / fob is between 120 - 140 years old and is in good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age /general wear. There is a little pitting (naturally occurring variation in the agate) and a small chip on one side of the agate at the join with the silver spinner bar that runs through the centre of the agate.
