This finely made, dainty, vintage ring is made of 9ct yellow gold. The ring is set with a cabochon cut natural opal. The opal has a white body colour with hints of tiny pink flecks in different lights. The opal is in very good condition with a glossy surface finish.
The ring is a UK size H and a half / just under a US size 4 (this is a small size ring which is not suitable for resizing)
The opal itself measures 7mm x 5mm (excluding the gold mount) and the ring weighs 0.6g
There are some unclear hallmarks stamped on the shank; the ring tests as 9ct yellow gold.
