This decorative, good size, antique pendant dates from around 1900 - 1910 and is made of 9ct yellow gold. The pendant is set with numerous seed pearls and two vibrant green peridots. The bottom peridot is suspended from the base of the pendant and moves freely when the pendant is worn.
The pendant measures 4.3cms height (excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 2.4g
The reverse of the pendant has a maker’s mark and a couple of unclear hallmarks; the pendant has been professionally tested and is made of 9ct yellow gold.
This antique pendant is over 100 years old and is in good condition for its age, showing light signs of age / general wear. There are no dents to the gold. The pearls vary a little in colour. On close inspection it can be seen that two of the claws around the central peridot are shortened, but the stone is secure in its mount.
