This beautiful and decorative antique locket dates from the Victorian era and is made of Sterling silver. The front of the locket has a central fern motif surrounded by abstract engraving detail and the reverse of the locket features ivy leaves. There is also a small blank ‘swag’ on the reverse of the locket, which could be engraved with initials. Inside the locket is empty apart from two inner securing rings.
The locket measures 4.8cms x 2.8cms (excluding the suspension bale and ring) and it weighs 9.2g
