Good Size Vintage (1964) 9ct Gold Irish Shamrock / Cover Leaf Charm With Dublin Hallmark
This good size vintage charm is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1964. The charm is in the form of a three leaf clover / shamrock and has lovely engraving detail on the front. The reverse bears the full hallmark, including a Dublin stamp.
The charm measures 1.7cms height (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 0.7g
The reverse of the charm is stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in Dublin in 1964. There is also a maker’s stamp.
This vintage charm is 60 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no dents or damage and showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
