This beautiful and timeless vintage diamond solitaire pendant is mounted in 9ct gold and set on a 9ct gold curb link chain. The pendant comprises of a genuine, natural, very sparkly ‘brilliant cut’ diamond with a weight of 0.40 carat. The diamond is mounted in 9ct white gold and the back of the mount, bale and chain are all made of 9ct yellow gold.
The diamond has been professionally assessed by a gemmologist and has a weight of 0.40 carat, a colour of J-K and a clarity of P1. The diamond is very sparkly with no flaws visible to the naked eye and is in excellent condition with no damage or wear.
The chain measures 19.5” length and the diamond, excluding the gold mount, measures 4.5mm diameter; including the gold mount the diameter is 6mm.
The necklace has a total weight of 2.5g
The chain’s clasp and large end link are both stamped ‘375’ for 9ct gold, the large end link also has a London stamp and a maker’s mark. The diamond mount itself is not separately hallmarked but has been professionally tested and is made of 9ct white gold and 9ct yellow gold.
