Large, Vintage (1967) 9ct Gold Monkey Charm / Pendant
This good size, unusual, vintage charm / pendant is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1967. The charm is in the 3D form of a monkey on a branch, holding a ball.
The charm measures 2.4cms height (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring)
The charm weighs 1.2g (it’s hollow)
The reverse of the charm is stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in Birmingham in 1967. There is a maker’s mark of ‘W.H.C’
This vintage charm / pendant is 56 years old and is in excellent condition for its age, with no dents, damage or signs of wear. The hallmarks are nice and clear. The suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
