Pretty Antique Edwardian 9ct Gold and Pearl Bud Stickpin
This pretty and elegant antique stickpin dates from the Victorian era and is made of 9ct gold. The terminal is set with a total of seven seed pearls, arranged in a bud design.
The stickpin measures 6.5cms length and the terminal has a height of 11mm. The stickpin weighs 1.3g
As is often the case with jewellery of this age and type there are no hallmarks, but the stickpin has been professionally tested and is made of 9ct gold.
This stickpin is over 100 years old and is in good condition for its age, showing light signs of age and general wear. The seed pearls on the leaves vary a little in shade. On close inspection it can be seen that there are light signs of residual spot solder where the terminal was attached to the pin (not significant). The pin itself is in very good condition and nice and straight.
