Pretty Antique 9ct Gold and Purple Glass Dropper Necklace
This pretty antique necklace is made of hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from around 1910 - 1920. The necklace is set with glass droppers in a pretty plum / purple shade.
The necklace measures just over 18” in length and the large purple glass drop measures 1.8cms height.
The necklace weighs 2.7g
The chain’s clasp is stamped ‘375’ for 9ct gold. The necklace has also been professionally tested and is made of 9ct yellow gold.
This antique necklace is in very good condition for its age, showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The glass drops are all in very good condition; under magnification it can be seen that there is a tiny fleabite sized nick to the top and bottom tips of the large purple drop, but these are not obvious to the naked eye. The smaller drops are all in very good condition. The clasp is in secure working order.
