Stunning, Substantial, Antique Art Deco Era Facetted Citrine Pendant With Silver Fittings
This stunning and substantial antique pendant dates from around 1920 / 1930 and is made of natural, facetted, citrine in a sparkly pale golden shade. The pendant is fitted with a silver bale and suspension ring.
The citrine itself (excluding the silver mounts) measures approximately 3.4cms height and the pendant weighs 10.1g
There are no hallmarks on the mounts but they test as solid silver
This antique pendant is in very good condition for its age. The citrine itself is in very good condition with nice crisp facets and no significant chips or wear (a couple of tiny fleabite sized nicks barely visible to the naked eye and only mentioned for completeness). There is a very small chip at the very tip of the citrine, but this is not visible when the pendant is worn as it’s hidden by the bale. The silver fittings are in good condition showing just light signs of age and general wear and the top suspension ring is fully closed.
