Stunning Vintage (1990) 9ct Gold and 0.50 Carat Diamond Cluster Ring
This stunning and super sparkly vintage ring is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1990. The ring is set with a central ‘brilliant cut’ diamond, which is surrounded by eighteen ‘eight cut’ diamonds, all arranged in a gently tiered design. The diamonds have a total combined carat weight of 0.5 carat (half a carat); the diamonds are set in 9ct white gold and the rest of the ring is made of 9ct yellow gold.
The ring is a UK size P and a half / between a US size 7.5 - 8
The ring front has a diameter of 1.2cms and the ring weighs 2.8g
The inside of the ring shank is stamped with a crown and ‘375’ for 9ct gold. There are also hallmarks showing that the ring was made in London in 1990.
This vintage ring is 34 years old and is in very good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear to the gold. The diamonds are all in very good condition. On close inspection it can be seen that there is a tiny, superficial, nick to the inside edge of the ring on one side (not significant).
