Substantial Antique Art Deco Era Rose Quartz Pendant With Silver Fittings
This good size teardrop shaped pendant dates from around 1920 / 1930 and is made of natural, polished, rose quartz and has a glossy surface finish. The pendant is fitted with a silver bale and suspension ring.
The rose quartz itself (excluding the silver mounts) measures approximately 3.7cms height and the pendant weighs 6.8g
There are no hallmarks on the mounts but they test as silver
This antique pendant is in good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. There are no significant chips; there are a few tiny edge nibbles towards the top of the pendant. The rose quartz naturally has some pattern variation and ‘nature’s fingerprints’ within the stone.
