This unusual and appealing antique charm or pendant dates from the Victorian / Edwardian era. The charm comprises of an amethyst glass heart, an anchor and a cross which together represent ‘faith, hope and charity’, or alternatively ‘faith, hope and love’. The charm is made of a gold tone metal.

The amethyst glass heart measures 1.5cms height (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring).

This unusual charm is over 100 year old and is in good condition for its age showing light signs of age / general wear. The amethyst glass is in very good condition. There is some discolouration to the tips of the cross and anchor. The top suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
