Vintage (1962) Decorative 9ct Gold Kettle Charm
This sweet vintage charm is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1962. The charm is in the 3D form of a kettle.
The charm has a height of 1.4cms (including the handle and bale, but excluding the top suspension ring). It weighs 0.7g
One side of the charm is stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in Birmingham in 1962. There is a maker’s mark of ‘WHC’. The photo showing the hallmarked side of the charm is a little out of focus, but in reality the hallmarks are much clearer.
This vintage charm is 61 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no dents or damage and showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The suspension ring has been cut (where the charm was removed from a bracelet).
