Vintage (1967) 9ct Gold and Spinel Full Eternity Ring
This pretty vintage full eternity ring is made of fully hallmarked 9ct gold. The ring has two outer facetted 9ct yellow gold bands with a central 9ct white gold band. The central band is set with colourless spinels (designed to resemble diamonds). The ring has a good, solid, feel to it.
The ring is a UK size L and a half / between a US size 5.5 - 6
The ring has a height of 5.5mm and it weighs 3.0g
The inside of the ring shank is stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold. There are also hallmarks showing that the ring was made in Birmingham in 1967. There is also a maker’s stamp.
This vintage ring is 58 years old and is in good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. Under magnification it can be seen that one of the spinels is chipped, but this is not at all obvious to the naked eye.
