This vintage spinner pendant is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1975. The pendant is set with a facetted, three sided, smoky quartz in a lovely coffee bronze shade. This pendant is offered for sale in very good condition.
Each side of the smoky quartz measures 2cms maximum width and the pendant weighs 6.1g
The side of the pendant mount is stamped with a crown and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in London in 1975. There is also a maker’s mark of ‘FM’
This vintage spinner pendant is 51 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no damage and showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The smoky quartz is in excellent condition with no chips, damage or wear. The smoky quartz turns around fully in the gold mount, but does not spin around and around freely as the smoky quartz occasionally catches lightly on the frame. The top suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
