Vintage (1978) 9ct Gold Bell Charm
This cute vintage charm is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1978. The charm is in the 3D form of a bell; there is a ‘ringer’ fitted inside and you can hear the bell tinkle as it moves around.
One side of the charm is stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in Birmingham in 1978. There is also a maker’s mark.
The charm measures 1.1cms height (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 0.7g.
This vintage charm is 47 years old and is in good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. The top suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
