These pretty and sparkly vintage earrings are made of hallmarked 9ct white gold. Each earring is set with nine genuine diamonds and the earrings are fitted with secure 9ct white gold butterfly backs.
Each earring front measures 7mm maximum diameter and the earrings have a combined weight of 1.7g
Each earring post is stamped ‘9CT’ and also with a crown and ‘375’ for 9ct gold. There are hallmarks showing that the earrings were made in London in 1978. The butterfly backs are not separately hallmarked but test as 9ct white gold.
These vintage earrings are 47 years old and are in good condition for their age, with no damage and showing just light signs of age / general wear. The butterfly backs fit securely onto the posts and the earrings have been cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner prior to sale.
