This lovely, good size, vintage ring is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1996. The ring is made in the antique style and is set with a rich and vibrant, natural, cabochon cut garnet which reflects the light beautifully.
The ring is a UK size L ½ / between a US size 5.5 - 6
The ring has a maximum height (in the centre) of 1.5cms and it weighs 3.5g
The inside of the ring shank is stamped with a crown and ‘375’ for 9ct gold. There are also hallmarks showing that the ring was made in Sheffield in 1996, together with a maker’s mark.
This vintage ring is 30 years old and is in very good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. The garnet has a lovely, glossy, surface finish and the ring shank retains a good thickness.
