These unusual and stylish vintage stud earrings are made of hallmarked 9ct yellow gold. Each earring is set with a cabochon cut deep red garnet and the earrings are fitted with secure 9ct gold butterfly backs.
Each earring front has a diameter of 5mm and the earrings have a combined weight of 1.0g
The butterfly backs are each stamped ‘9CT’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold. The earring posts / mounts are not separately hallmarked but test as solid 9ct yellow gold.
These vintage earrings are in very good condition for their age, with no damage and showing just light signs of age / general wear. The earrings have been cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner prior to listing.
