These wearable vintage earrings are made of hallmarked 9ct yellow gold. Each earring is set with a circular opal cabochon. The opals are white, with a subtle play of colour (mainly pink). These earrings are offered for sale in very good condition.
The earring fronts (i.e. the opal with the gold mount) measure 7mm diameter and the earrings have a combined weight of 0.7g
The reverse of each earring front is stamped ‘9 CARAT GOLD’ and the butterflies are stamped ‘9CT’. The earrings also test as 9ct yellow gold.
These vintage earrings are in very good condition for their age, with no damage and showing just light signs of age / general wear. The opals have a nice, glossy, surface finish.
