This vintage locket pendant is made of 9ct gold and features an engraved floral decoration on the front. The reverse is plain (apart from the hallmark). The locket opens to reveal two locket sections which are in lovely, unused condition and both have the original backing paper, perspex type protective covers and inner securing rings.
The locket is of the 9ct gold ‘back and front’ variety, which means that the locket front and back are solid 9ct gold but the frame and inner securing rings are a gold coloured metal (which improves the locket’s strength and durability).
The locket measures 2cms diameter and it weighs 4.1g
The reverse of the locket is stamped ‘9CT BK & FT’ for 9ct gold ‘back and front’
