This pretty vintage bracelet comprises of eight hand carved shell cameos of ladies in profile. The cameos are set in a silvertone base metal and the bracelet has a base metal clasp.
The bracelet measures 7.5” in length (a standard length) and it weighs 25.4g
Each cameo, excluding the mount, measures 1.6cms x 1.2cms. Each oval panel (i.e. the cameo including the mount) measures 2cms height.
There are no hallmarks other than a maker’s stamp; there is no precious metal content.
The cameos themselves are in very good condition. The silvertone cameo mounts show some tarnishing / superficial wear on the underside. One of the end panels has lost its silvertone texture detail around the edge. The clasp is in secure working order. This bracelet has been priced to reflect condition.
