Vintage Continental Silver & Guilloche Enamel Cowbell Charm
This sweet and collectable vintage charm is made of solid, hallmarked, silver and is in the 3D form of a mini cow bell, complete with a ‘ringer’; the charm makes a tinkling sound as it moves around. The front of the charm has white guilloche enamelling and a painted pink gentian flower; the charm is probably Swiss in origin.
The charm measures 1cm height (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 0.8g.
The suspension ring is stamped ‘835’ which is a continental grade of silver.
This vintage charm is in very good condition for its age, with no dents or damage and showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The enamelling is all intact and the green and pink painted detail is still vibrant. The silver suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
