Vintage Indian Hand Enamelled Silver Elephant Pendant
This individual vintage elephant pendant is made of silver and has been hand enamelled in vibrant colours. Each side is set with a red cabochon jewel (paste).
The elephant has a height of 2.2cms (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and the pendant weighs 5.5g
There are no hallmarks but the pendant tests as enamelled silver.
This vintage pendant shows light signs of age and general wear. There is light wear to the enamel in a few areas and there is a small section of enamel missing one one side by the saddle (please see photos for detail). The top suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
