Vintage Nephrite Jade Heart Pendant With 9ct Suspension Ring
This vintage pendant is made of natural nephrite jade. The jade has attractive colour and pattern variation within the stone and is fitted with a 9ct gold suspension ring.
The heart measures 2.3cms height (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 3.1g
As is often the case with jewellery of this age and type there are no hallmarks, but the top suspension ring tests as 9ct yellow gold (the integral bale has not been tested and could be gold or a gold coloured metal).
This vintage pendant is in good condition for its age with no damage and showing just light signs of age and general wear. The suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
