











Vintage Norwegian EIK Silver Polynesian / Easter Island Aku Aku Pendant
This collectable vintage Aku Aku Pendant is made of solid, hallmarked, silver and is stamped ‘EIK NORGE’ (Norway). The pendant is in the form of an Aku Aku which, in Polynesian mythology, is a supernatural spirit or ghost. Aku Aku are particularly associated with Easter Island.
The pendant measures 3cms height (excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 2.4g
The reverse of the pendant is stamped ‘EIK 830S’ and ‘NORGE’ which confirms the pendant is made by a Norwegian silversmith and is solid silver (830 is a higher grade of silver than Sterling silver).
This vintage pendant is in very good condition with no damage and showing just light signs of age / general wear. The silver suspension ring has not been soldered sold.
