Vintage Rose Quartz Heart Pendant With Silver Fitting

The heart measures 2cms height (including the integral bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 2.7g
There are no hallmarks, but the suspension ring tests as solid silver. The integral bale has not been tested.
This vintage pendant is in good condition for its age, showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The rose quartz has a lovely, glossy, surface finish. There is a very small chip at the base of the heart, by the base of the pin. The suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
